Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using Mydea, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them, in whole or in part, do not use the Service.
The Service
Mydea is a personal media workspace that helps you discover, organize, connect, and play media around the work itself. The Service includes the Mydea application, website, software, documentation, design, and related content.
Mydea is designed to operate without collecting personal information or usage data. The Service may change, be improved, or be discontinued at any time.
Subscriptions and payments
Team Mydea may offer certain features or versions of the Service through paid subscriptions. Subscription details, pricing, billing cycle, and any applicable limits will be shown before you subscribe.
Unless otherwise stated, a subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel renewal through the platform or payment provider where you started the subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Free trials, if offered, may convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Subscription fees, taxes, refunds, and currency charges are handled according to the terms shown at purchase and the policies of the relevant platform or payment provider.
Mydea does not store your payment card details. Payment information is handled directly by the payment provider. Team Mydea may change subscription prices or features with reasonable notice before the change applies to a future billing cycle.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of the Service, the connections you configure, and the media or services you access through it. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to access content and third-party services.
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate applicable law or the rights of others. You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, crack, bypass technical restrictions, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying structure of the software.
Ownership and license
Team Mydea and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and other content.
Subject to these Terms, Team Mydea grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, publish, or redistribute the software or any substantial part of the Service. You may not offer the software as part of another product or service without prior written permission from Team Mydea.
These Terms do not grant you rights to use Mydea trademarks or proprietary notices. You retain all rights to your media, files, and information. Mydea does not take ownership of them and does not receive them through a Mydea server.
Third-party services and links
Mydea may connect to or link to third-party websites and services. Team Mydea does not own, operate, or control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, terms, privacy practices, or actions.
Your use of a third-party service is governed by your agreement with that service.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Team Mydea does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at any particular time or place.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team Mydea will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your access to or use of the Service.
Changes and termination
Team Mydea may update these Terms at any time without notifying you. Updated Terms become effective immediately when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after an update means that you accept the revised Terms.
If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service. Your right to use Mydea ends when you stop using it or when Team Mydea discontinues access to the Service.
